Dahlia works with the peaceful and ancient sounds of the crystal singing bowls, following your gentle flow yoga class in group events, to help calm, de-stress and rejuvenate your being. Having studied sound healing and their uses in ancient times, crystal bowl sound healing works with re-patterning energy on an auric multi-level, to add to your Savasana. Dahlia has studied and was certified in sound healing at The Institute for Holographic Sound and Inner Balance in Austin, TX and has studied and followed the works of Jonathan Goldman, author of “Healing Sounds” and world-renowned sound healer.
